SPA POLICIES & FEES
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, including same-day cancellations, incur the full service charge.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
A $20 fee applies to any service that is changed or modified after booking.
CARD ON FILE & PAYMENT
A valid credit card is required at booking and kept securely on file for reservation and no-show protection only.
The card on file is not automatically charged.
Payment is collected in person at the conclusion of your service. Each therapist independently processes payment for the services they provide. One guest may pay for multiple services or guests if desired.
We accept:
GROUP BOOKINGS
For groups of 3 or more guests, a 20% service gratuity is added to massage and facial services.
For parties of 4 or more guests, a $50 group booking fee applies.
The 20% gratuity is distributed directly to the therapists who provide your services.
HOLIDAY PRICING
Services performed on designated holidays incur an additional $30 holiday fee per service.
