**Spa Policies and Fees**
*Cancellation Policy:* Your credit card is required to secure your appointment. (Please note: The card on hold will not be charged on the day of service.) Please provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. A text message or email reminder will be sent. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in a full charge. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a 100% fee.
*Payment Options:* Payments are due in-person on the day of service. Please bring the actual credit card used for booking, or use alternative payment methods such as Venmo or PayPal.
*Holidays Pricing:* Services on holidays are subject to a $30 higher fee per service.
